    TARTOO T-shirts are made of 100% high quality cotton preshrunk jersey (some special colors are cotton/poly mix)
    Double needle sleeve and bottom hem and taped neck and shoulders for better durability but with soft touch and feel
    Quality ink printing in Taiwan.


    Ordering & payment

    Size & colors
    We know it is annoying thing when you find out you receive the wrong size after days of waiting. So we do our best to assist you choose the right size when you are ordering. You can find the fitting chart under each product page. Please note that althought we do our best to present the colors as close to reality as possible, you might still feel slight color difference on the arrival product(s) from what you see on computer screen.

    Payment
    You can choose to pay with Paypal. Order will be considered as a valid order and be processed only when your online payment is successful. If you payment is declined, system will not generate an valid order.
        

    Your card issuer may have declined your payment – as they don’t tell us the reason for this, it’s best to check with them.

     

    Mmebership
    You need to sign up a member before you are able to place an order. You can use the following ways to sign up 

    1. Facebook login: It is quick and easy (recommended)
    2. Creating a new account: You can fill the registration form online and become a new customer.
    3. Check out as guest: You can check out your first order as a guest and you will be signed up with the information you provide.

    Either way you can edit your personal profile and account details any time.
    If you wan to delete your account, please send a request to cs@tartoo.com and we will then delete your account. 


    Order Amendment
    If you find out you just placed a wrong order and would like to amend or cancel it, please contact our staff (cs@tartoo.com) at earliest possible convenience. We are processing orders all day but may still have some leadtime to change the order before we get it into process. If you can’t cancel it in time, you will need to go through our standard return/refund process.  


    Shipping & delivery 


    International Delivery
    Our chosen delivery services are available for most of the countries. You will receive a shipping confirmation email from us with a tracking link .  Your order will be sent out via the most suitable carrier, dependent on size and weight. Once your order has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures.


    Shipping charge
    For most countries, we we charge 7.9 USD per order for international shipments. In some countries, we have a different rate. You are able to find out exact shipping fee in the check-out process after entering your delivery address.

    If you see this error message: "Sorry, no quotes are available for this order at this time.", it means there is no available shipping option to your address. You may contact our customer service for furthur inquiries or assistances. 


    Delivery time
    Shipping time varies from destinations to destinations. Your order will be processed by next business day and shipped within 2 - 3 business days once payment is verified. Here is a rough estimation of delivery time to your country before custom clearance.  You can also track delivery status from “My account /My orders”. 

    Please note that we DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes or Hotels.

     

    Returns/Replacements/Refund

    We try to do our best to make your return easy. You can return your goods to us by using any kind of postal service within 30 days of receiving your original order. Please note that we don't offer replacement services. For example, ff you want to replace for a different size, color or item, you need to place a new order and also return your item(s) in your previous order for refund.

    Here is the return/refund procedure: 
    1. Contact our customer service staff by email or phone. Inform us of the order number. Indicate returned products and the reason for your return
    2. Safely pack the returned products, invoice and return form(previously sent to you together with your goods) all together and mail to our specific addess for returns. 
    3. With all details in the “return form” filled and the sales item(s) in good condition at arrival, refund will be issued as soon as we can to the card or payment method you used to place the original order. It usually takes a few days to receive the actual refund amount in your account.

    Please note:
    1. Please contact our customer service staff first before you initiate return.
    2. Normally packaging and postage fee for returning the goods are your responsibility if you want to initiate a return. However, in the circumstances when your return is due to our mistake, such as receiving wrong or damaged items, your returning shipping fee will be refunded once we receive the goods.
    3. You don’t need to use the original packaging we offered. However, to make sure the good condition when goods arriving at our warehouse, we recommend you have proper packaging to protect goods.
    4. We recommed you keep the proof/receipt of your outward postal service.
    5. When we make the refund, only the value of item(s) will be refunded. Shipping charge and handling charge will not be included.
    6. If your order was placed with a promotion code or free gift, you must return them together in order to have the refund. Otherwise, original price of the product will be deducted from the refund.
    7. All return shipping fee must be prepaid. We cannot accept COD returns.
     
    Non-returnable/refundable items
    Please note the following conditions of goods are considered to be non-refundable:
    1. Any item that has been worn, dent or damaged after received by customer
    2. Any item that has been washed, smoked, or worn for some period of time
    3. Any item that has been received by customer more than 30 days. 
    4. Any item involved in discount, clearance sales promotion campaigns that Tartoo has marked as “non-returnable” during the campaign.

     

    Undeliverable orders 
    Occasionally orders are returned to us as incorrect address, a PO Box and hotel address, failed delivery attempts, refuse to pay tax/ refuse to provide ID copy/ unable to make import declarations or parcel refused by recipient.

    When the delivery agent returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a refund by deducting the original shipping fee, handling fee and 15% of the value of products as re-stocking fee.

    We can re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable or unclaimed. However, customers will be charged for resend shipping fee per parcel.
    * Re-shipping fee is base on the original shipping method used for your purchase.
